How to prepare for your class:
Wear loose clothes and light, comfortable (Tai Chi type) shoes, or socks. Avoid eating right before classes.          PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT FOR YOUR PRACTICE.

Our group practice will give you a hands-on experience of the healing Qi field. You will learn to connect with the abundant universal Qi and direct it to the areas of your body that need most healing. Each class ends with a group healing. After the first class most people feel deep relaxation, release of blocked energy (or pain), and a sense of well being and peace.
