Qigong Healings invites you to learn this body-mind practice of continuous flowing movement specifically designed to reduce and gradually eliminate physical illness, chronic pain and stress. If you like Yoga, you'll love this style of Qigong, that works on all 3 Dantians (energy storage centers). You'll be able to learn self-healing and apply healing techniques to benefit your pets, plants, friends and family, and cerate an environment for personal empowerment at your home and work place. The practice brings deep relaxation and quick noticeable improvements. You will learn how to become more focused and improve your concentration through easy to follow meditation techniques. You will gain understanding how your emotions directly affect your inner organs, and will practice meditation to regulate and correct the energy flow throughout the network of meridian channels and 5 major organs in the body.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR THIS CLASS:

Your adventurous spirit, as this is the most interesting journey you'll ever take in life-the journey to your Inner Self.

Your willingness to commit to your well-being and self awareness-inner changes take time and steady work.

The desire to learn and improve yourself by getting out of your usual comfort zone.

This is a 1 hour and 15 min. class that includes relaxation, a body-mind movement and self-healing meditation. The class is appropriate for beginning and intermediate level Qigong and Yoga students. All ages are welcome.
