Terms

1. Workshops: Any cancellation by a student within 7 days of the workshop is non-refundable.  If a student cancells 2 weeks prior to the workshop he/she will be reimbursed 50% of the workshop fee.

2. The workshop Instructor agrees to return the entire payment to the student in the event of cancellation of the workshop.

3. The instructor accepts no responsibility for personal property loss or damage during a class or a workshop. 

4. Workshops and Individual classes: The buyer or participant understands that a workshop or class may involve physical exertion and affirms that he or she is able to participate in it. It is fully understood by the buyer or participant that he or she is taking this workshop or class at his or her own risk. Participants acknowledge this personal assumption of risk and agree to hold Qigong Healings and/or Marieta Darrah harmless from any claims, demands, or actions including but not limited to claims for personal injury arising from participating in a workshop or class.

5. Monthly weekend classes: When you pre-purchase 8 classes at a discounted price, the discount does not allow roll over or a refund for your no-show.

6. Cancellation policy for Treatments: If you have scheduled an appointment and would like to cancel, our cancelation policy is we retain 100% of the fee if you cancel in less than 24 hours and 50% of the fee if when you cancel and you give us more than 24 hour notice. It's very hard to book your cancelation time with another customer, so we have to require these cancelation fees. Thank you for your understanding.
